Paul Bembaum is creator and executive producer of Deadly Games, a new science fiction action adventure series from Viacom Productions for broadcast on UPN.
Most recently, Bernbaum wrote and executive produced the feature film "Rent-A-Kid," starring Leslie Nielsen and Christopher Lloyd. He was also executive producer of the 1993 Showtime movie Royce. A prolific writer, Bernbaum has served as creative consultant on the Fox series Likely Suspects, was a writer and producer on NBC's Hardball, and was a story editor during the 1987-'88 season of the hit Fox show 21 Jump Street.
In addition, Bernbaum wrote the 1992 NBC television movie Halloween Town. In addition to "Rent-A-Kid," his other feature film credits include "The Colony Kid" from Paramount, "Amie" from Viacom Films, and Warner Bros.' "Two for the Show."
Bernbaum, a native of Wayne, New Jersey, resides with his family in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
